Step No 1:- First download CF-Auto Root package ( and Odin tool for your Galaxy S5 SM-G900M on the desktop of your PC.

Step No 10:- Next, click on the Start button in Odin to initiate the Flashing process.

Step No 11:- This flashing process might take 30-50 seconds to finish the rooting process on your Galaxy S5 SM-G900M. After the rooting process is successfully completed, a Green Box with Pass text will be appeared in Odin and your device will re-boot automatically.
