Download and install USB drivers for Samsung Galaxy Note 4 N910C on your PC.
Enable USB debugging option on your device: Settings > Development Options > USB debugging.
Note:- If you can’t find Developer Options on your phone, then go to Settings > About Phone and tap 7 times on the Build Number. Go back to Settings and there you will see the Developer Options. Now you can enable USB Debugging.
If your Galaxy Note 4 is rooted, then after installing this update the root access will be lost.

Steps To Install Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow OTA Update on Galaxy Note Exynos N910C:
Step No 1:- First, download the Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow N910CXXU2DPE6 firmware file and Odin flashing tool from the above given links.
Step No 2:- Extract the firmware zipped file on the desktop of your PC to get a file like N910CXXU2DPE6 tar.md5. Now don’t need to unzip the tar.md5 archive.
Step No 3:- Power OFF the phone in order to boot into Download Mode.
Step No 4:- Now, power ON the phone by pressing and holding Volume Down, + Home + Power buttons at the same time, for a few moments. Your device should reboot in download mode.
Step No 5:- Run Odin tool on your PC as Administrator.
Step No 6:- Connect the Galaxy Note 4 using USB data cable with the PC and wait for Odin to detect the device
Step No 7:- In Odin, open “Options” tab. Find Re-Partition option should be unchecked.
Step No 8:- Next, click the AP button in Odin. Locate the N910CXXU2DPE6 tar.md5 update file and select it.
Step No 9:- Click on Start button to begin flashing Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow update on your device. Set back and wait for the process to be completed successfully.
Step No 10:- The PASS message will be displayed on ODIN once the the new firmware is installed. Your phone will reboot in normal mode.
Step No 11:- Disconnect the Galaxy Note 4 when the menu is appeared on your device.
Done! You have successfully updated Galaxy Note 4 to Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow OTA update manually.
